I’m a PackUp client but my parcel hasn’t arrived. Why not?

It may be that certain carriers do not deliver to our PackUp stations.

In this case, the carriers deliver your parcels directly to your home and, if you are out, leave a delivery notice.

To collect your parcel, you’ll then need to visit the sales outlet shown on the back of the notice or, with some carriers, contact them to agree another date or another delivery method.
