Assur+ is mobile insurance for any mobile phone with a SIM card (excluding satellite phones), purchased new from POST when subscribing to a POP Mobile offer. Coverage varies depending on the selected package. Monthly fees are exempt from VAT and include a 4% insurance tax. Subscribing to the Forfait Bloqué option automatically blocks all communications of the same type as those included in the plan once the volume included in the selected pricing plan has been reached. Usage is blocked once the indicated threshold for the current calendar month has been reached. The ExtraVolume option, which allows additional data volume for the current month, is blocked by default when theForfait Bloqué option is active. Customers wishing to add an ExtraVolume option must first cancel their Forfait Bloqué option. Options are subscribed for a one-month period and are automatically renewed until the next contract term. However, customers may terminate some or all subscribed options without stating any reason by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to POST Telecom S.A., 1 rue Emile Bian, L-1235 Luxembourg. The cancellation of an option only becomes effective at the end of the month during which POST Telecom S.A. receives the cancellation letter sent by the customer.
ExtraVolume: allows customers to benefit from additional National and European Mobile Internet volume after the Mobile Internet volume included in the Price Plan has been consumed. The volume allocated under the subscribed ExtraVolume product must be used within the period starting on the subscription date and ending on the last day of the calendar month in which it was subscribed; unused remaining volume is not carried over. The price of the ExtraVolume product is payable in full upon subscription, regardless of the actual number of days remaining until the end of the calendar month of subscription.
Customers may subscribe to an option via SMS to 64000 or through MyPost, which also allows them to monitor their usage. Several options may be subscribed simultaneously (e.g. Mobile Internet USA/Canada + Calls & SMS USA/Canada). With the MAXI plan, Around the World options are consumed first. Customers are notified by SMS when subscribing and for option usage monitoring (100%). Options are not compatible with the POP Mobile mini plan (except E1, E2 and E3).
