Payment via smartwatch

To use Apple Pay on your Apple Watch, you must first add your POST Finance card to the Wallet app on your iPhone.

Open the Watch app on your iPhone, then select Cards and Apple Pay. Next, choose Add Card and follow the on-screen instructions. If your card is already stored in Apple Wallet on your iPhone, you can also add it to your Apple Watch in just a few moments.

Once activation is complete, your card will be available on your watch and ready to use for contactless payments.

First, make sure the terminal accepts contactless payments.

To make your payment, double-click the side button on your Apple Watch. Your payment card will automatically appear on the screen. Then hold your watch close to the payment terminal until the transaction is confirmed by a vibration or a visual signal.

This allows you to pay quickly and securely without taking out your bank card or your iPhone.

Watches running Wear OS allow you to use Google Wallet directly from your wrist.

Start by installing and setting up Google Wallet on your Android smartphone.

Then add your POST Finance card by following the instructions in the app.

If your watch is compatible with Wear OS and is paired with your smartphone, you’ll be able to access Google Wallet from your watch and find your payment card there. Once the setup is complete, your watch is ready to make contactless payments.

To pay using a Wear OS-compatible Android watch, open the Google Wallet app on your watch or use the shortcut provided by the manufacturer.

Select the card you wish to use if you have several cards saved, then hold your watch close to the contactless payment terminal. A confirmation will appear on the watch screen once the payment has been accepted.

You don’t need to take your smartphone out of your pocket to complete the transaction.

Garmin Pay is available on many compatible Garmin watch models.

To get started, download the Garmin Connect app onto your smartphone. Then go to the Garmin Pay section and add your POST Finance card by following the verification steps prvided.

Once registration is complete, your card will be linked to your Garmin watch and can be used for contactless payments wherever this payment method is accepted.

Before paying, open the Garmin Pay wallet on your watch and enter your security code if asked.

Then select the card you wish to use and hold your watch close to the contactless payment terminal. A visual confirmation or a vibration will indicate that the transaction has been successfully completed.

With Garmin Pay, you can pay for your purchases easily, even when you’re out and about, working out or without your wallet to hand.
