I would like to modify my POP Mobile subscription contract while still under commitment. What are my options?

The commitment period for a POP Mobile plan is 12 or 24 months.

Check your contract expiry date. If there is more than 1 month left before your contract expiry date, it is not possible to renew it. If you have any other questions, contact us via our freephone number 8002 8004.

You subscribed to a “Without mobile” plan with a 12-month commitment

You may change your offer within the POP Mobile range during your commitment period:

  • to a more expensive or less expensive plan;
  • without any penalty fees. Any change of offer automatically results in a new minimum 12-month commitment starting from the date the contract is modified.

You subscribed to a “With mobile” plan with a 12- or 24-month commitment

You may also change your offer within the POP Mobile range during your commitment period.

  • Offer change fees may apply;
  • Any change of offer automatically results in a new minimum 12-month commitment starting from the date the contract is modified.
