Holding and redirection of your mail
Are you moving house or going on holiday? We offer a holding and redirection service for your letters and newspapers (parcels not included).

How to subscribe to this service?
You should activate the holding and redirection service at least 3 working days before the required start date. If you’re moving house, all of your mail (except parcels) will be redirected to your new address for the chosen period.
Online
Register for free or sign in to MyPost (your address must be authenticated in advance) and activate the redirection service for the period of your choice.
At a post office
Go to the post office of your choice, with proof of your identity. Ask for the holding or redirection service for the period of your choice.
Via your postal worker
You can also ask your postal worker during their round. Simply fill in the request form, stating how long you want the service for, and show proof of your identity.
Holding prices
To avoid finding your mailbox full when you are back from vacation.

Holding of letters and newspapers
- Duration: minimum 3 calendar days and maximum 10 weeks, renewable up to a maximum of 1 year.
- Weekly billing starting from the first day of storage
- Only available to Luxembourg residents
- Price subject to VAT at 17%

Offers adapted to your needs
Choose the redirection duration that suits you, from a minimum of 7 calendar days to a maximum of 1 year.
The price is calculated according to the selected duration and redirection zone.
Service subject to 17% VAT.
