How do I add or remove TV channel packages?

Here are the instructions to follow to add a package:

  • 1. Turn your decoder on
  • 2. Press the ‘Menu’ button on your remote
  • 3. Go to the ‘MyTV’ menu from the SETTINGS tab
  • 4. Select a package using the arrows on your remote
  • 5. Press ‘OK’ to order the package
  • 6. Enter your parental code and press ‘OK
  • 7. Once you’ve ordered the package, your decoder will restart and the package will be available
  • 8. Follow the same steps again for all desired packages

Please note that packages have a minimum commitment period of 1 or 12 months.

To delete a package, the process is the same:

  • 1. Turn your decoder on
  • 2. Press the ‘Menu’ button on your remote
  • 3. Go to the ‘MyTV’ menu from the SETTINGS tab
  • 4. Select a package using the arrows on your remote
  • 5. Press ‘OK’ to unsubscribe from the package
  • 6. Enter your parental code and press ‘OK
  • 7. Your cancellation request is taken into account and will be completed as per your contract.
