How do I check the model of my decoder?

You can identify your decoder model in several ways:

On the device

A label located on the bottom or back of the decoder indicates the model (e.g. Netgem N7950 or N9100 Android) as well as the product code.

On the packaging or in the documentation

The model is also printed on the original packaging and in the user guide supplied with the decoder.

In the decoder settings

On some recent models, the model information can be found in the "Settings" menu.
