How do I add or remove a VOD Pass?

Please follow the instructions below to add a VOD Pass:

  1. Turn your decoder on
  2. Go to the MyTV menu and select the VOD Pass of your choice
  3. Press ‘OK’ to confirm your selection
  4. Enter your parental code and click ‘OK’ again
  5. Your decoder will restart and the VOD Pass will be available.
  6. A parental code may be required to access the app, depending on the catalogue selected.

To cancel your subscription simply select your package directly from your decoder’s MyTV menu, press ‘unsubscribe’ and enter your parental code. Your cancellation request is taken into account and will be completed as per your contract (minimum 30-day commitment).
