I don’t have access to the apps on my POP TV decoder. Why is this?

Apps are available to BAMBOO and POP Internet + TV customers only. 

They can also only be accessed from N7900, N7950 and N9100 decoders. 

If you have an N7700 decoder, you won’t have access to the app portal.

To take full advantage of the POP TV offer, go to an Espace POST to exchange your decoder with a new-generation decoder.

Please note:

  • To exchange your set-top box, you must also bring the cables and the remote control of the device.

  • When you renew or upgrade your POP TV offer, the exchange of your set-top box for the new Android model is free of charge. Without renewal, a one-time fee of €40 incl. VAT applies.
