I don’t have access to the apps on my POP TV decoder. Why is this?

Apps are available to BAMBOO and POP Internet + TV customers only. 

They can also only be accessed from N7900 and N7950 decoders. 

If you have an N7700 decoder, you won’t have access to the app portal.

To take full advantage of the POP TV offer, go to an Espace POST to exchange your decoder with a new-generation decoder. Please note: to exchange your decoder, you will also need to bring the decoder's cables and remote control.
