1. Type of communications possible with the credit ordered:
Calls, SMS and MMS Luxembourg to Luxembourg: 
Calls, SMS, MMS from the POST mobile network (including the 4G mobile network depending on compatibility with your handset) to a landline or mobile number on a domestic network, calls to VoIP numbers and data and voicemail consultation. Excluding special numbers, fax, video calls and premium SMS (prices available on our Terms and Conditions page).

Calls, SMS and MMS Luxembourg to Europe:
Calls, SMS, MMS from a European country to a landline or mobile number in a European country, voicemail consultation, calls to VoIP numbers and data. Excluding special numbers, fax, video calls and premium SMS (prices available on our Terms and Conditions page).

2. Bonus: With each purchase of a TipTop €10/€15/€25 or €100 set, receive bonus credit of between €3 and €25, depending on the set chosen. This bonus will be added to the client’s credit balance automatically. If no top-up has been bought when the credit expires, then the credit and bonus will be lost. These bonuses may be used to buy the 2 GB or 8 GB data options, to send SMS or to make calls. These bonuses will be renewed with every TipTop top-up. Bonuses cannot be used for buying a mobile or accessories.

3. Type of communications included in Mobile Internet options:
Domestic and Europe data traffic: packet switching data communications from the POST mobile network or from a European country. The term “Europe” refers to zone 1 on the list shown in the roaming tariffs section. 1 MB = 1024 KB. Various factors may affect the speed. More information on speeds can be found in the Net Neutrality document.
Buying a Mobile Internet option does not extend the validity of the SIM card. GB included in the option may be used from receipt of the confirmation text until the option or SIM card expiry date.
