How do I change decoders?
There are two ways to exchange your decoder:
- Call 8002 8004 to assess the problem before exchanging your decoder, either in store or with a technician
- Go straight to a shop to assess the problem and then exchange your decoder if necessary. Please note: to exchange a decoder, you must also bring the decoder's cables and remote control.
