How do I find/watch a recording?

To find or watch a recording, follow these steps from the main menu:

  • Go to the ‘MY CONTENT’ tab in the menu. Your most recent recordings will be displayed.

Once a recording has been selected, other episodes of the same programme may be displayed, if they are still available in ‘Replay’ (max. seven days). If you’ve tried all the suggested solutions and are still experiencing problems, please contact one of our advisors free of charge on 8002 8004.
