I ordered on Amazon and gave my PackUp address but the carrier didn’t deliver to my PackUp address. Why not?
It may be that certain carriers do not deliver to our PackUp stations, and therefore want to deliver your parcels to your home.
Equally, if the chosen PackUp station is full, the carrier will have no other choice than to take your parcel to another place and inform you of this change.
