Which items are excluded from the PackUp Import service?
The PackUp Import service excludes:
- items weighing more than 30kg
- items whose dimensions exceed L + 2W + 2H = 3 m or L max = 1.50 m (where L = length; W = width; H = Height)
- items with customs duties
- items delivered in person and signed for
