Is my parcel insured?
Parcels include basic insurance. Compensation covers the actual damage incurred, without exceeding certain limits.
Depending on the destination country: €50.00 – €530.00
For items exceeding these amounts, POST offers additional insurance in partnership with Le Foyer: SecurPack.
SecurPack is an all-risk supplementary insurance that covers loss and damage of registered national and international postal items: registered mail and parcels up to 30 kg.
SecurPack now provides additional coverage of up to €10,000.
How much does a SecurPack subscription cost?

- from €1 to €1,000 → €10
- from €1,001 to €2,500 → €25
- from €2,501 to €5,000 → €50
- from €5,001 to €10,000 → €100
