I wanted to activate the PackUp Home service but was refused. Why?

When you register, please check that the address shown is correct, and that it is an address in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Even after you’ve registered, you may be refused the PackUp Home service if our driver/postal worker cannot reach the delivery location. In this case, please change the location in your client area.

It takes three working days for any change to take effect.
