How do I return a parcel at a PackUp station?

Just go to the PackUp station of your choice and follow the instructions on the screen.

You don’t have to be a PackUp client to use this service.

However, only parcels with a prepaid label such as Cycleon or ERS are accepted; others must be recorded at a POST counter.
