I’ve forgotten my PostTV Go password. How can I find it?
There are two ways to find your login details (service number and activation code):
- On the letter you received when your Pack BAMBOO was activated (if you are waiting for your PostTV decoder to be installed, your temporary identifiers can be found inside the packaging of your 4G router).
- From the MyTV menu of one of your decoders: via the "Subscription details" tab in the "SETTINGS" menu.
