What do I need to do before selling my smartphone?
Before the trade-in, it is recommended that you reset your phone (factory settings) to erase your personal data. If you would prefer not to do this yourself, POST can assist you through the TechCorner, by appointment in an Espace POST, on 8002 8004, or at post.lu/rendez-vous.
