What do I need to do before selling my smartphone?

Before selling your smartphone, please back up all of your personal data (photos, videos, contacts, calendar, etc.). A document explaining the steps to follow is available here. You can also book an appointment with our TechCorner, who can guide you through the process.

  1. Remove any memory cards

  2. Delete all your personal data

  3. Deactivate all locking and protection codes (e.g. PIN)

  4. Deactivate the FindMyPhone feature
