How is the trade-in value of my smartphone determined?

The trade-in value is determined by Recommerce, POST's partner, based on the phone's model and condition (provided via a few questions or the IMEI number). An initial estimate is given immediately. Once the device is received and checked, Recommerce confirms the final price within 15 business days. If this price differs from the estimate, the customer is free to accept or decline it, in which case the phone is returned free of charge.
