How and when will I be paid?

The trade-in amount is paid by bank transfer to your bank account within 48 hours after your phone has been inspected in the workshop by our partner Recommerce. If you have chosen a new smartphone eligible for the trade-in bonus with your POP Mobile plan, the bonus will be paid at the same time as the trade-in value by Recommerce.
