How do I send my device?
After accepting the online offer, Recommerce sends you a prepaid label by email. Carefully pack your device, stick on the label and drop off the parcel at an Espace POST or a POST office.
Shipping is entirely free. If you carry out the trade-in directly at an Espace POST when purchasing your new smartphone, POST takes care of sending your old device to Recommerce.
