How do I send my device?
After accepting the online offer, Recommerce will send you a prepaid shipping label by email. Carefully package your device, attach the label, and drop off the parcel at a POST Space, a POST office, or a PackUp station. Shipping is completely free of charge. If you trade in your device directly at a Espace POST when purchasing your new smartphone, POST will take care of sending your old device to Recommerce.
