How to activate Appels WiFI (WiFi Calling) service?

To activate the Appels WiFi (WiFi Calling) service:

• For smartphones that are not compatible with 5G, the 4G Calling (VoLTE) service must be activated beforehand (this service is free of charge).

• Then follow the steps below:

For iPhone:

1. Activate 4G Calling: Under settings, go to Mobile Data, then Options. Activate 4G by selecting Voice & data. 4G Calling is now activated.
2. Activate Wi-Fi Calling: Go back to Mobile Data, then go to Wi-Fi Calling. Press Wi-Fi Calling on this iPhone then Activate. Wi-Fi Calling is now activated!

For Samsung:

1. Activate Wi-Fi Calling: Go to Settings, then Connections. Then go to Mobile networks and activate VoLTE Calling. 4G Calling is now activated.
2. Activate Wi-Fi Calling: go to your phone book and press More on the top right. Under Settings, select Wi-Fi Calling. Check that the activation tab is green. Your Wi-Fi Calling is activated.
