I can't make a Wi-Fi call. What should I do?

To use the Appels WiFi (WiFi Calling) service, you must carry out certain checks or take certain actions:

  • You must be subscribed to POP Mobile or BusinessEurope
    You will not be able to use the Appels WiFi (WiFi Calling) service if you only have a Mobile Internet subscription (POP Mobile or Data to Go) that does not include a Voice package.
     
  • You must have a compatible smartphone
     
  • You must be connected to a WiFi Calling-enabled router 
    Some iPv6 decoders do not support this function.
     
  • Activate the VoLTE setting
    For smartphones that are not compatible with 5G, you must activate the free Appels 4G (VoLTE) service to be able to take advantage of the Appels WiFi option.

  • Activate the WiFi Calling setting
