How do I activate the eSIM on iOS?
Method 1: Activation via QR code (classic method)
- Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi before starting
- If you ordered your eSIM online or via the Contact Center, please call customer service first so that the card can be activated in the system
- Open Settings
- Tap Cellular Data (or Mobile Data)
- Select Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan
- Choose Use QR Code
- Scan the QR code provided by your operator
- Tap Add eSIM to confirm
Method 2: Automatic activation (without QR code)
- Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi before starting
- If you ordered your eSIM online or via the Contact Center, please call customer service first so that the card can be activated in the system
- Open Settings
- Tap Cellular Data
- Select Add eSIM
- Choose the suggested option (e.g. Transfer From Nearby iPhone or automatically detected plan)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation
