How do I activate eSIM on Android?

1. Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi before starting

2. If you ordered your eSIM online or via the Contact Center, please call customer service first so that the card can be activated in the system

3. Go to Settings

4. Select Connections (or Network and Internet depending on your device)

5. Tap SIM Manager (or SIM Cards)

6. Select Add Mobile Plan or Add eSIM

7. Choose Add Using QR Code

8. Scan the QR code provided by your operator

9. Tap Add, then OK to confirm

10. Select eSIM 1 (if necessary)
