I asked you to block my SIM card temporarily and now I want it to be unblocked. What should I do?
If you asked us to temporarily block your SIM card, you can ask for it to be unblocked at any time.
All you have to do is:
- Call 8002 8004 free of charge or +352 2424 8004 from abroad
- Visit a POST outlet, bringing an identity document
Please note that only the line holder may make this request. The caller will be asked security questions to confirm his or her identity.
Unblocking is instantaneous.
