How to open a business account with POST?
To open a business account with POST Finance, you just need to follow a few simple and well-structured steps.
1) Download the Welcome Pack adapted to your legal structure, whether you are self-employed or a commercial company. This document is available on the website www.post.lu/pro and contains all the necessary information to constitute your file.
2) Complete all the requested information. It is essential to fill out each field accurately in order to ensure rapid processing of your request. In parallel, you will need to gather all the supporting documents mentioned in the pack, such as identity documents, company statutes, or even proof of activity.
3) Before submitting your application, take the time to check that all the required elements are indeed present using the checklist provided in the Welcome Pack. If you wish to benefit from access to the MultiLine eBanking, you can also fill out the MultiLine form located on the same www.post.lu/pro page. This document allows you to define the access rights for you and your collaborators.
4) Once your file is complete, simply go to an Espace POST to submit it. It is possible to present yourself without an appointment, but we recommend that you make an appointment for a smoother reception. The staff on site will check the compliance of your file and can answer any questions you may have.
5) POST Finance then proceeds with the analysis of your request. If elements are missing or require clarification, you will be contacted directly.
6) Once the file is validated, you will receive a confirmation of the opening of your account, as well as the activation of your services: access to eBanking, ordering bank cards, and other related products.
