Are upgrades/downgrades possible on the WATCH and TALK services?

Downgrades are not possible but upgrades are possible with a supplement.

• BAMBOO S with TALK S > BAMBOO S with TALK XL = +€14/month
• BAMBOO M with TALK L > BAMBOO M with TALK XL = +€7/month
• BAMBOO L with TALK L > BAMBOO L with TALK XL = +€5/month
• BAMBOO M with WATCH L > BAMBOO M with WATCH XL = +€10/month
• BAMBOO L with WATCH L > BAMBOO L with WATCH XL = +€6/month

Any modification of the WATCH service implies a 24-month recommitment to the BAMBOO offer. For the TALK service, the commitment period is 1 month and the modification does not lead to a re-commitment to the BAMBOO offer.
