If I switch from the LuxFibre or Luxdsl package to the BAMBOO Package, do I have to exchange my TV decoder or decoders?
As an existing LuxFibre or Luxdsl customer, you’re entitled to a new decoder.
Some decoders are no longer compatible, and others don’t grant access to all of the features of the POP Internet POP TV package. To find out which features you can use with your decoder, please take a look at the table below.
