Does changing a BAMBOO Package (upgrade or downgrade) involve installation or activation costs?

A migration to a BAMBOO Package with a higher monthly rate does not incur any fees (called ETFs). On the other hand, a migration to a BAMBOO Package with a lower monthly rate generates costs.
