What precautions should be taken on the day of installation?
To ensure a successful installation, a few precautions should be taken:
- You must be reachable by telephone on the day of the installation.
- Make sure that your family name is clearly visible on your front door bell.
- An adult who is involved in the installation should be present. He or she may be able to answer questions and make decisions if necessary.
- The main distribution box should be accessible (in your house or in a utility room if it is a residence).
- Make sure you have the necessary authorisations for any cabling that may be installed.
- Finally, have your access codes (login and activation code) ready
