How long before I move do I need to contact POST, so that my services are transferred on the day of my move?
Ideally the request should be made 6 weeks before the date of your move to ensure continuity of your services.
If you are moving to a new building, you will need to check with your developer/builder beforehand to ensure that the underground connection has been completed.
If you are moving to a new building within a shorter period of time, POST will provide you with a free 4G router to access the Internet. Once your installation is complete, this must be returned.
