How do I apply for a power of attorney?

If you are no longer able to manage your services with POST Telecom, you can give power of attorney to a third party (authorised representative). The authorised representative will be able to act on your behalf. All you have to do is fill in our form, which is available:

  • at our shops;
  • by calling our Contact Centre on our freephone number 8002 8004;
  • via this link (FR).
  • via this link (DE).
  • via this link (EN).

This form must be completed and signed by both you and the authorised representative, and accompanied by a copy of your respective identity documents. These documents will enable the authorised representative to then act on your behalf.
