How do I apply for a power of attorney?
If you are no longer able to manage your services with POST Telecom, you may grant power of attorney to a third party (authorised representative). This representative will then be able to act on your behalf.
To do so, simply complete our form, which is available:
- in one of our shops;
- by contacting our Customer Support on the freephone number 8002 4000;

- via this link (EN).
This form must be completed and signed by you as well as by the authorised representative and must be accompanied by a copy of both of your identity documents. Once these documents have been provided, the authorised representative will be able to act on your behalf.
