Installation and activation are two distinct and complementary steps.

Installation refers to the intervention at your home.

It includes in particular:

  • the installation of the equipment (ONT, router),
  • the necessary internal cabling within the home.

Activation refers to the service being enabled in our systems.

It includes in particular:

  • the activation of your account and services,
  • the configuration of the network connection, including in the street distribution cabinets.
