What do the LED statuses on your Homebox mean?

LED status for the Homebox:

  • WHITE (Steady): All up (WiFi & Plume Cloud & PPP)
  • GREEN (Steady): All up but WiFi interfaces disabled (by pressing the WiFi button for 3 sec)
  • RED (Steady): Unit up, not sync (ONT or DSL)
  • RED (Fast Blinking): WAN Synchronization
  • RED (Slow Blinking): PPP up

LED status for the Homebox+:

  • POWER (Steady green): The device is powered
  • DSL (Steady green): The device is well connected by DSL
  • DSL (Blinking green): The device is in Handshaking mode
  • Internet (Steady green): PPPoE is up
  • Internet (Steady red): PPPoE is down
  • WAN (Steady green): ONT is connected
  • WAN (Steady red): Connection to the ONT is down
  • LAN1 – LAN4 (Steady): LAN device connected
  • LAN1 – LAN4 (Blinking green): LAN devices are making traffic
  • TEL1 (Steady green): SIP (VoIP Phone Number) is up
  • 2.4G (Steady green): WiFi 2.4 GHz is up
  • 5G (Steady green): WiFi 5GHz is up
