If you switch from the BAMBOO offer to the POP Internet offer, are you required to exchange your TV decoder(s)?

As an existing BAMBOO customer, in most cases you can keep your decoder. However, if your decoder needs to be updated, you will of course receive a new one.

Some decoders are no longer compatible and others do not allow you to use all the features of the POP Internet + TV offer. To find out what you can use with your set-top box, please consult the table below.
