What to do if one or more Extenders are disconnected?
If the Extender does not turn on or receive power:
- Check if the outlet is working by plugging in another device.
- When the Extenders are plugged in, the LED light briefly turns on, then slowly blinks as it tries to connect to the cloud. Once connected, it turns off.
- If the outlet works but the LED light does not turn on at all, there may be an issue with the Extender.
The Extender is too far from another connected Extender:
- If the Extender is offline, the light will slowly blink as it tries to connect to the cloud.
- Move the Extender closer to another connected Extender. The light should turn off once connected.
- Check the signal quality using the Extender's health indicator. If the signal is weak, add another Extender to your Plume network.
If the Extender still does not connect, it may be defective. Contact one of our advisors available 24/7 at 8002 8004 for a possible replacement.
