My Extenders' connection is poor. How can I improve it?
Please follow the steps below to improve your WiFi connection:
- If possible, connect the Extender directly to the router using an Ethernet cable
- If an Ethernet connection is not possible, reduce the distance between the Extender and the router or other Extenders
- Place the Extenders in open areas and away from metal objects and windows
- If you are using a FRITZ!Box, connect the Extenders (ERO1BEM PRO) to the FRITZ!Box using an Ethernet cable and disable the FRITZ!Box WiFi network to prevent interference between the two WiFi signals
