When I add my card to the Apple Pay Wallet, I see the error message ‘impossible to add card’. What should I do?


  • in eboo that your card has not expired or been blocked
  • that your device is compatible with Apple Pay (list of compatible devices here) and that you haven’t reached the maximum number of cards allowed in your Apple Pay Wallet
  • that you have the latest version of iOS on your device

Lastly, you can try resetting the password for your device (‘Settings’ then ‘Face ID and code’ or ‘Touch ID and code’), then restart your device and try to add your card again.

If that doesn’t work, call 8002 8004 from within Luxembourg or +352 2424 8004 from abroad.
