When is the rental guarantee returned?
At the end of the tenancy, provided there is no outstanding damage or unpaid rent, the beneficiary (landlord) may release the frozen funds by submitting a release form.
You can submit the request, signed by the beneficiary (landlord), via secure messaging or at an Espace POST.
