What is the cost of a rental guarantee?
Our fees are fixed, transparent and independent of the amount of your guarantee.
As a private customer:
- Application fee: €50, charged once the guarantee is set up
- Management fee: €3/month
As a business client
- Processing fees: €250, charged once during the provision of the guarantee
- Management fees: €10/month
