Why can’t you add the ExtraVolume option?
If you cannot add the ExtraVolume option on your POP Mobile plan, there are two possible reasons:
- You have activated the Blocked Plan option and you can’t add the ExtraVolume option because these two options are incompatible. If you would like to add ExtraVolume, you will need to cancel the Blocked Plan option first.
- The data that comes with your plan has not been fully used up or you have already activated an ExtraVolume option that you haven’t used up. You can add ExtraVolume as many times as you wish, but you must have used up all your existing data first.
