You subscribed to a “Without mobile” plan with a 12-month commitment
You may change your offer within the POP Mobile range during your commitment period:
- to a more expensive or less expensive plan;
- without any penalty fees.
Any change of offer automatically results in a new minimum 12-month commitment starting from the date the contract is modified.
You subscribed to a “With mobile” plan with a 12- or 24-month commitment
You may also change your offer within the POP Mobile range during your commitment period.
- Offer change fees may apply;
- Any change of offer automatically results in a new minimum 12-month commitment starting from the date the contract is modified.
