I already have a LuxID account. How do I sign in to the MyPost Telecom app?

Creating a LuxID account allows you to access the MyPost and MyPost Telecom apps.The process is quick and easy.
Please follow the steps below:

Open the app and press “LOG IN TO MYPOST”.

A pop-up appears prompting you to sign in with LuxID. Tap “Continue”.

 

The LuxID page opens. Sign in with your LuxID email address and password, then click “Sign in”.

 

You’re now in the MyPost mobile app. To complete your account activation, enter your mobile number.

 

You’re all set. You can now enjoy the MyPost app.
