How do I create a LuxID account to access my POST applications?

Creating a LuxID account allows you to access the MyPost and MyPost Telecom apps.The process is quick and easy.
Please follow the steps below:

Open the app and press “LOG IN TO MYPOST”

A pop-up appears prompting you to sign in with LuxID. Tap “Continue”.

 

The LuxID page opens. Click “Sign up” to continue.

 

Enter your email address, create your password, then confirm it.
Next, tick the box “I confirm that I have read and accept the LuxID Terms of Use”, then click “Create your account”.

 

An email containing an activation code will be sent to you. Enter this code to continue.

 

Your email address is displayed. You can then click “Continue with this account”.

 

You will be prompted to link your myPost Telecom account to your LuxID account. Click “Accept”.


Welcome to the MyPost mobile app. To complete your account activation, enter your mobile number.

You’re all set. You can now enjoy the MyPost app.
