How many service numbers can have administrative rights ?

Only one number is designated as the account's primary administrator.

This primary administrator can then grant administrative permissions to other users (administrators or authorised users), as required.

Two user profiles are available to meet the customer's needs:

• Authorised user: access to usage monitoring and the ability to purchase options billed on the monthly invoice.
• Standard user: access limited to usage monitoring only.
