Can I install my Internet service myself?

Yes, it is possible to install your equipment yourself if your home is already suitable (pre-wired).

To check your eligibility for a Do-It-Yourself installation, we need some information depending on your type of accommodation.

Single-family house:

✅ Simply provide us with your full address (street, house number, postal code, city)

Apartment / residence:

Option A – Identify your exact apartment

1️⃣ Stand with your back to the stairwell

2️⃣ Count the apartments from left to right

3️⃣ Indicate your apartment using the format: Floor number.Apartment number

Example:

• 2nd floor
•  Last apartment on the right
• 5 apartments per floor

Option B – Provide the identification number of your Fibre box (ONT)

The Fibre box (ONT) is usually located at the entrance of your home in a wall-mounted technical cabinet.

👉 Please note the identification number starting with: 169, 612 or 311

🔑 This number is essential to precisely identify your installation.

⚠️ Special case

If your ONT is located in a shared technical room (often in the basement):

👉 Please contact your building manager.
