How long does it take to receive a credit refund?

By default, your credit is added to your internal balance and a credit note is sent to you within 24 hours. If you prefer a refund by bank transfer, you can request it by email at comptabilite.telecom@post.lu including your bank account details (RIB).

The processing time is usually around 14 days
